Underwriting
Once we finish the preliminary call, our underwriting team will make a comprehensive examination of your property’s characteristics.
Our objective, at this stage, is to craft a personalized offer that aligns with the goals you expressed in step 1 as closely as possible. This is usually achieved within 7 business days post-conversation.
Step 3
Offer Presentation
Upon gathering all the data and crunched all the numbers, we will be ready to make an official offer for the property.
During this call, we will not only give you an offer price, but we will show you exactly how we arrived there. This is not a blanket, low ball algorithm. It is a specialized breakdown of what we can offer and why, according to the particular qualities of your specific building.

Contract &
Closing
If you are pleased with our offer, we will move quickly to secure an agreement between us and begin the process of routine due diligence and closing procedures. These will be conducted as transparently, efficiently, and non-invasively as possible.
